- Responsive property maintenance. plumbing and associated trades.
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting and associated trade work.
- Pipe fitting.
- Wet rooms.
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
- To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
- Support all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service.
- Wet and dry plumbing tasks.
- NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent
- Multi trade experience
- Full current driving licence.
- No spent or unspent criminal convictions (basic DBS certificate) & basic Asbestos Awareness certificate. – Both can be completed upon offer of position
