Neighbourhood Services Officer (NSO)
***
£31,000 circa, per annum


We are looking for a Neighbourhood Services Officer who is experienced in customer centred delivery of services and committed to working with our residents to improve ISHA's neighbourhoods.

You need excellent interpersonal skills and a be driven by our Values.


Requirements:

Our aim is to make our neighbourhoods a great place for residents to live.

As NSO you will have responsibility for delivering and overseeing the day to day services including, building maintenance, cleaning, maintenance of communal areas, monitoring CCTV.

Through regular inspections and overseeing the work of contractors, you will ensure that health and safety requirements are met. Having a visible presence on site and as an ambassador for ISHA.

you will build relationships with residents and other stakeholders, supporting them with any issues or concerns raised.

It is a customer focussed role, underpinned by ISHA values of Respect, Passion, Pride and Trust, to improve customer satisfaction and neighbourhood's attractiveness, cleanliness and safety.

You will have amongst other qualities: proven customer focus experience and Estate services and building inspection experience.
