Lutine Bell are supporting a leading General Insurance firm to appoint a Compliance Consultant on an inital 12 month Fixed term basis.


Role responsibilities:


  • Monitor, identify, interpret and communicate regulatory changes and communicate implications to relevant stakeholders, tracking actions where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain effective business partner relationships and assist in analysing the implications of business and regulatory changes.
  • Challenge, advise and influence the business to ensure that conduct risks are fully identified assessed, evaluated and managed in line with defined risk appetites. Provide guidance and support to enable business managers to fulfil their individual regulatoryobligations within risk appetite.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of key areas of FCA regulation relevant to the business to ensure regulatory risks are identified and fair customer outcomes achieved.

Experience:


  • An excellent communicator who enjoys developing relationships.
  • Knowledge of FCA handbook and Conduct Regulation.
  • Experience of working in the financial services sector.
  • 2 years + of Compliance experience.
