    We are looking for an exceptional General Manager of Facilities to create a comfortable, safe, secure and welcoming environment across Croydon Health Services.

    This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role in an ambitious Trust. As such, we are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of overseeing Facilities Management in large and complex organisations. The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to integration, with a clear understanding of how to navigate new ways of working, and a resolute focus on delivery to help shape the future of the Facilities Management directorate for Croydon Health Services. The ideal candidate will be a true leader who can engage with key individuals at all levels of an organisation and possess the communication skills to influence and win trust through a values-driven approach.

    Main duties of the job

    As part of the Estates & Facilities Senior Management Team, the GM of Facilities will provide effective management, strategic leadership and direction to the range of Facilities services. You would be the senior lead on all Facilities operational activity within the department and assist the Director of Estates & Facilities in the development and delivery of strategies for the range of services. The incumbent will also be responsible for effectively managing contracted-out services to ensure they meet agreed standards, provide high quality delivery and value for money against key performance targets
