    Care Lawyer

    Location – Hammersmith, London Salary- Circa £35,000 per annum DOE Benefits – pension scheme, health care, hybrid working, training packages Hours - Permanent role Do you have 3 years of post-qualified experience with the ability to work towards Law Society's Children Law accreditation? Can you work proactively independently on caseloads? Our client is a renowned multi-service law firm committed to access for justice.

    Throughout their network of offices, they have built a reputation nationally for delivering exceptional results for their clients and are looking for a Care Lawyer to join their team.

    They are a multi-office, multi-service Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners firm recognised for excellence in a variety of legal fields.

    As the Care Lawyer, you will * Work on publicly funded cases with extreme diligence and care * Work proactively independently on caseload * Prepare cases from initial inception to conclusion of the case * Be committed lawyer who will undertake all aspects of child care work including advising and assisting other team members; * Undertake own advocacy when required * Undertake a variety of work including public law, child protection, SGO and adoption matters * Any other such matters as required Skills and Experience required for the role of Care Lawyer * Must have bias on public law matters * At least 3 years of post qualified experience * Have strong organisational skills * Ability to work towards Law Society's Children Law accreditation * Have the ability to work under pressure * Must have a good IT proficiency * Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills.
