GP Clinical Lead for Quality
Fixed term for 2 years
Salary - £118,911 per annum, pro rata
8 hours per week
Are you passionate about quality and want to make a difference to our culture in NHS Forth Valley?
We are looking for a GP for this exciting and new role in Forth Valley, who has a deep knowledge and passion for quality.
You will make a major contribution to the actualisation of the new Quality Strategy and, more importantly, the development of an organisational culture that has been refocused around quality.
What we will need from you:
We need to secure 8 hours a week for this role.
Evidence that you have previous leadership experience in Clinical Governance, Quality Improvement, or Service Re-Design and Transformation.
What you'll get from us:
Leadership support from the Medical and Nurse Director
Training and development support to augment the essential skills and experience set out in this job description and will include training in in Quality Management Systems, Quality Improvement methodology, Realistic Medicine and Value Management principles and techniques.
Opportunity to engage with local and regional Clinical, Quality and Management teams to deliver a wider vision of the Quality Strategy
