Responsibilities: - Communicate with Clients using a variety of customer contact systems, e.g. phone, e-mail, MS teams.
- Provide Clients with relevant product information that is clear, fair and not misleading allowing them help their client to make an informed decision
- Deliver against a set of Key Performance Indicators that will be provided to you by your line manager
- Provide a great Account Handling experience that enables higher sales conversion and retention performance.
- Demonstrate ability to work both individually and as part of a team
