Aftersales Advisor

£25,000 (uncapped OTE)

Poole, Dorset

Our client is a well-established family run car dealership and are currently looking to recruit an Aftersales Advisor to join their fantastic team based at their Poole site in Dorset

As a Aftersales Advisor your duties will be:

Understand and qualify the customer service/repair requirements
Advise estimates of both time and likely cost to set expectations accordingly
Arrange loan cars/delivery or collection when required for customers
Coordinate workshop activity to deliver agreed work
Update customers on the progress including additional work/costs
Invoicing customers on completion of work
Collate and submit warranty claims as per the manufacturers requirements

For the Aftersales Advisor role the following experience/skills will be required:

Strong communication skills
Computer literate
Full clean UK driving licence
Previous aftersales experience (desirable)

The working hours are from 8am until 6pm Monday to Fridays and 8am until 12:30pm on Saturdays. The Saturdays are worked on a rota basis doing 1 in 3.

The salary for the Service Advisor role is £25,000 per year with an uncapped OTE
