It serves as a wonderful training ground which enables fee earning success when the time comes for you to naturally move into a high performing Consultant position, which is usually predicted to happen within 9 -12 months.

Their day to day duties will consist of candidate sourcing, engaging with candidates and database management to build talent pools.

As the team foster young talent, the Associate Consultant will shadow senior meetings with a view to moving into more of a client focused role.
