    At Moody's Analytics KYC OU, we have the most extensive company and corporate structure information combined with sanctions and other adverse data on third parties, and the individuals behind them. We help customers effectively assess, screen, and monitor the individuals and companies they do business with.     As part of the Solutions Delivery team, the PM will be the face of the company and the owner of project health for complex customer implementations. In implementing our KYC products, you will work alongside our pre-sales and implementation teams to scope, manage, deliver and present to customer stakeholders.

    Core Responsibilities:

    The Project Manager is responsible for organizing, tracking and bringing client implementation projects to a successful, timely completion.
    The role will require coordinating/leading a sizeable cross-functional team that includes relationship managers, solutions specialists, KYC domain specialists as well as implementation specialists, customer success managers and product managers. This is an external facing role which will also require managing external stakeholders and their KYC implementation needs. As a PM, you will:

    • Be the face of Moody's KYC OU for assigned projects and demonstrate the values and capabilities aligned with the expectations set to our customers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects with customers, management, sales, product and the wider Solutions Delivery team
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through organised, consistent professionalism
    • Manage a portfolio of projects including ownership of governance, reporting, contributing to building standard approaches, documentation of requirements, maintaining customer documentation and the onboarding plan
    • Develop an actionable project plan, get "buy-in" from key stakeholders and drive the project to completion. The project plan will be based on an already established implementation process which will require communication to ensure follow through
    • Communicate and acquire client sign off on project documentation as identified as part of the implementation process (e.g. scoping statements, configuration documents, etc.)
    • Investigate, diagnose and help resolve issues that impede the project from moving forward
    • Update internal project tracker to ensure each implementation stage is recorded
    • Update senior management and group leaders on the status of complex implementations, as required

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years related project management experience (project management qualification desired)
    • Familiarity with compliance subjects (e.g. KYC, AML, ABC, Sanctions and PEPs). AML qualification desired but not required
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational and planning ability
    • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of planning and execution
    • Process oriented mind-set with a demonstrated history of achievements
    • Ability to logically identify the root cause of problems and get to resolution quickly and efficiently
    • Familiarity with the Agile approach, project management software and Microsoft suite of tools is recommended
    • Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or demonstrate the equivalent of relevant work experience
