As the company continues to grow and evolve, Ramora UK are now recruiting for an Tasking Coordinator to join the team.

The Tasking Coordinator will fulfil specific elements of projects and tasks against agreed deliverables and set milestones. The Tasking Coordinator is a core role in ensuring continued professional project and tasking delivery.

Key duties of the role include, but are not necessarily limited to:


  • Answering incoming emergency calls and obtaining all relevant information in order to deploy company assets within KPI timeframes
  • Be confident using a variety of technology in ensuring allocation of assets and progress of tasks (company database, radios, phone, navigational systems)
  • Provide concise briefs to the EOD team ensuring factual/accurate information at all times
  • Ensure the company's databases, records/logs and various notice boards are always up to date and factual
  • Use the radio system to communicate and coordinate the EOD team
  • Update various boards and other documents etc. with accurate, up to date information
  • Liaise with various other emergency services (police, fire service etc.), where required, to ensure smooth, efficient and effect running of tasks at all times
  • Assist with aspects of project delivery ensuring all requirements are fulfilled in line with contractual obligations, KPIs and Company Procedures etc.
  • Compile various project meeting minutes and action plans as required
  • Arrange all logistics for tasks and projects
