    Job Description

    The Production Coordinator role is responsible for managing purchase orders delivery movements and demand replenishment plans in EMEA region, ensuring inventory and logistical related costs are minimized whilst maintaining superior customer service levels.

    Work cross-functionally with internal partners, Sourcing, Logistics, Customer Service and Sales to collectively build optimized inventory levels to support EMEA sales and business growth.

    This position reports to the Production Manager and will support the department to execute operational goals.

    Responsibilities - Production

    • closely with our global vendor base, communicating daily to review production status and WIP, to ensure on time in full deliveries.
    • PO's and maintain order data up until shipment within internal MRP system, to ensure accurate and up to date inventory information is available to the entire organisation.
    • quarterly season booking programmes ensuring key milestones are met, both with internal and external partners
    • with Sourcing team to ensure production tech packs are completed and handed over before purchase order is issued.
    • work in progress status for Business Units to Key Stakeholders via weekly meetings.
    • closely with Quality to resolve any product quality issues occurring during production.

    • ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of staff and external customers and suppliers.
    • management: Ability to organise and prioritise multiple projects.
    • to think through the details and contingencies of options and plans and make sound business decisions.
    • with a major MRP system (SAP a plus)
    • knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (ability to develop modelling tools and manage spreadsheets)
    • of Centric software (PLM) would be beneficial.

    Education

    • within Supply Chain related field is strongly preferred.
    • Level or equivalent

    Please note that this role is 4 days working in our Milton Keynes office and 1 day working from home.
