Data Apprentice Level 3 - Branksome, United Kingdom - Just IT
Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and generate reports using QuickBooks and other software tools
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate projects and events
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Conduct proofreading and quality checks to ensure accuracy of data and documents
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in project coordination is a plus

Salary:
£12,000.00-£16,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
