Learning and Development Advisor

DK Recruitment are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to work with the HR Manager to organise training, development and general HR support across the business.
You will be focusing on inductions, training and making sure all tasks are organised and given in a friendly and proactive manner.
General Role Responsibilities
- Work with new and existing Training Needs across the business
- Overall responsibility for the training, learning and development.
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure that all employees are compliant, competent, safe and effective in the performance of their duties
- To work with and update a competency matrix to determine employees needs to be trained on and the status of that training.
- Reviewing and maintaining eLearning platforms
- Manage the enrolment of relevant courses, within budget and with the approved training providers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree educated.
- Prior experience in an L&D role for 35 years.
- Experience of working in a process/manufacturing environment
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office programmes and Training packages
- Experienced in developing and creating training material
