Description

A highly regarded Insurer are searching for a lawyer for their busy and growing team. This is a hire due to growth and increased workload in a high calibre legal function. The organisation are well known, and offer a high degree of flexibility around workingarrangements (perfect for a Lawyer in Practice looking for a work/life balance improvement in-house)

You will be responsible for a broad range of legal activities supporting the organisation in activities relating to:

Advising on Insurance & ReinsuranceLaw
Commercial contract drafting & review
Advising Underwriters on policy wordings, NDAs, TOBAs, binding authority agreements
Advising on Claims and Litigation management You will be a qualified Lawyer, ideally Private Practice trained, where you willhave had exposure to Insurance Law
