Data Processor

As a Data Processor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end to end payables processing, including Verification of invoices; Purchase order matching; Exception handling; and Holds management Recovery funds via the Debit Balance process.
  • Managing your own workload alongside the monitoring of work queues; providing support to other members of the team as required.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients to resolve internal/external queries.
  • Responding to and resolving queries in an appropriate manner, identifying any preventative measures.

Experience & Qualifications required (essential):


  • Data Input/Validation experience
  • You will need to be computer literate; deadline focused and have a high level of accuracy in your work.
  • You should be confident in complex case handling and stakeholder management.

Experience & Qualifications required (desired):


  • Purchase order matching
  • Accounts payable exposure


This is a hybrid role, the option to work from home is available post-completion of the training period (approximately 2 weeks in the office).
