    Fitness to Practise - Barrister/Advocate - Birmingham - Up to £85,000 salary


    We are pleased to represent a Legal 500, global insurance firm in their search for a Barrister to join their regulatory team, focusing on health and social care regulation cases.

    Due to the development and continued growth of the firm's regulatory department, it is now seeking to appoint a Barrister to present cases at final substantive hearings and represent regulators at interim application and case management hearings.

    The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy experience, primarily in a Fitness to Practice and regulatory setting.

    A Barrister, ideally with experience in dealing with Fitness to Practise matters
    Strong advocacy skills
    Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
    Competitive basic salary– up to £85,000 depending on experience
