    Company and role overview -

    In this role, you'll be tasked with offering broad administrative assistance to the Manager of the South West Division, your responsibilities will include aiding the South West Division Executive Committee as needed, as well as aiding in the coordination of events for the South West Division. Additionally, you'll provide support across various facets of event-related tasks.

    Main responsibilities -

    • Manage divisional financial matters including processing, recording, and tracking payments and invoices, as well as conducting monthly reconciliation
    • Maintain and update the Division's website content while also aiding in the oversight of the Division's social media profiles
    • Assist in managing divisional awards, which involves coordinating advertising, judging, and payment disbursement
    • Maintain inventory and upkeep of office supplies and equipment. Manage archival records and filing systems, both digital and physical

    Requirements -

    • Substantial background in administrative/secretarial roles or similar position
    • Strong interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills
    • Pertinent experience in financial administration
    • Proficiency in working autonomously and efficiently managing task priorities
    • Openness to travel and accommodate overnight stays when necessary
    • Background in coordinating and managing training sessions and conferences
