    About the role

    Were looking for an experienced service process lead to help support both the process development of the operating model that is helping meet its conformance to these standards, but also the general operational reporting, incident management and support of its key applications, platforms and services. You will work with people across the business who are responsible for different aspects of the standard and will take responsibility for multiple areas of improvement.

    The role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end release management process and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of software releases. Additionally, they will take ownership of defining and optimizing release management processes to enhance productivity and streamline operations within our software development lifecycle.

    About you and your experience

    Demonstrable experience with the following:

  • Understanding of Jira and Atlassian suite of tools
  • Have had a Business Analyst background preferably
  • Familiarity with service mgmt. tools generally
  • Have led large system deployments (NTH)
  • Understands ISO 20K & ITIL 4
  • Good understanding therefore of incident management
  • Proactive risk understanding to try to avoid CI
  • Background ideally in both large and small so good with process understanding and best practice but also confident with full-service ownership
  • Good at creation of data reports & dashboards to represent the size of the problem
  • Has helped manage or owned a technology asset estate in terms of maintenance and asset management (CMDB) as a whole
  • Proactive / inquisitive, able to influence, not a direct manager but able to manage by influence, able to present to all levels, able to prioritise
