Mechanical Engineer

Birmingham

£ £16.00 per hour


My client is a large provider of Facilities Management and are looking to add 2 Maintenance Crafts persons, to undertake improvement work, maintenance and repairs of plant, services and physical assets including testing and routine fault finding.


  • Working on a day shift from , Monday
  • Friday as part of a Mechanical day team.
  • The responsibilities will mainly be at the Retained Estate but may also include duties at the Mental Health unit and Acute Hospital.
  • To undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services to the NHS Trust(s).
  • To carry out all works in compliance with Equans KPI's.
  • Participate in the Out of Hours on Call Rota.

Qualifications or Ideal Experience:


  • Previously worked within a maintenance environment.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services or Equivalent
  • Worked on Mechanical Systems, DHW, LPHW, CHW
  • Previous Pipe Fitting Duties
  • Worked on Steam Systems
