Empowering Learning are working with this inclusive, two-form entry primary school in the heart of Hackney who are recruiting for a Year 1 Teacher to start in April for the academic year.

The school are ideally seeking an experienced teacher with at least2 years' experience.

The school are looking for a confident and professional teacher with proven skills in behaviour management and who is happy to take on extra-curricular activities and really involve themselves within the school community.

Located in the borough of Hackney, this lovely school has great facilities and resources and follow a creative curriculum, with children encouraged to be independent learners.
The school has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted.

To be successful in this role you must:

Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
Have at least 2 years' experience teaching in a primary classroom in a mainstream setting and have a good knowledge of the primary curriculum.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
Hold the legal right to work in the UK
