    Engage Talent Partners are working exclusively with our oil and gas client to recruit a Contracts and Supply Chain Administrator to join their Supply Chain team in Aberdeen.


    You would be responsible for the development, maintenance and administration of the contract management process in relation to vendor record management, maintaining the contracts database as well as preparing, issuing and completing contract amendments.

    Monitoring legal and contractual compliance.


    • Awareness of industry and regulatory changes that may impact operations and ensuring that appropriate action is taken to protect the Company's interests.
    • Assist with the Quality Management process, through auditing Suppliers and NCR follow-up.
    • Adhere to and implement Company quality, health and environmental procedures, where applicable.
    • Adhere to and implement, where applicable, Company quality, safety health and environmental procedures.
