    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Executive to join ManageEngine team in the UK. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our channel partnerships and driving revenue growth through effective channel sales strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in the UK.
    • Conduct regular sales training and enablement programs for channel partners.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective channel management.
    • Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth.
    • Stay up-to-date of market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to internal team on market dynamics.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to ensure alignment with channel strategies.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on channel performance.
    • Stay updated on ManageEngine's product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to channel partners.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Strong understanding of the UK IT market and channel landscape.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in channel sales.

    This role comes with a Remote Work Model and a travel requirement of at least 75%.
