- Plan, perform and document feature tests.
- Report and re-test identified bugs.
- Allocate testing tasks to other members of the team as required.
- Review and update as required, the suite of comprehensive Quality Assurance checks to ensure they encompass all product features.
- As part of the release process assign and schedule Quality Assurance checks, ensuring availability.
- Help investigate customer-reported bugs and document recreation steps.

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated person who is comfortable with technology to test our software as part of the QA team. You will be testing new features, identifying usability and accessibility improvements, and ensuring that released software meets strict Quality Assurance criteria.
The ideal candidate will enjoy developing creative test scenarios and be able to put themselves in the minds of patients and GP staff. They will have good interpersonal and communication skills as they will be working closely with both the development team and customer support. You will receive on-the-job training and support from our friendly and experienced team.
Candidates must have at least 2 years experience working in a quality assurance/software testing role.
