Culture Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding tech software company in Birmingham for a talented operations project manager to join their Operations team


You will be assisting in the development and streamlining of the global customer services team and global network team ensuring they scale effectively and continue to deliver exceptional customer service that is the foundation of the company.


You will be involved in all aspects of the operational process including the development of the Dynamics CRM system, designing, improving and implementing operational process and procedure and working with new partner launches across all countries.


Responsibilities of the Operations Project Manager include:

  • Working with the Operations Director and Product team implement the plan to digitize and streamline the global operation in line with forecast targets
  • Be the operational lead on the development of the global Dynamics CRM system and engineer app including raising and managing tickets, logging and managing bugs, testing new functionality in UAT and briefing the operational teams on new functionality andchange
  • Creation and implementation of new operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs
  • Enhancement of existing operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs
  • Development of training manuals and troubleshooting procedures to help both support personnel and end users to interact properly with the hardware and software

The ideal Operations Project Manager will have:

  • A minimum of 3-year's experience as a business analyst / project manager in a customer service / operational environment in a B2C business
  • Experience of working with tech products and services in a customer services environment
  • Experience of building and implementing operational processes
  • Strong customer management and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Apple and Android operating systems and Wi-Fi enabled devices
  • Experience of working with a CRM system in a customer services environment
  • Good planning and analytical skills
  • Having the ability to quickly identify problems, form solutions and execute step by step troubleshooting procedures
