Stockton on tees (hybrid - 2/3 days from home)

They achieve this by supporting safety critical industrieswith training, digital services, consultancy and software solutions.


The role


The Key Account Manager is responsible for establishing and developing commercially sound, customer-focused solutions which encompass both safety and digital products and services.

You will fundamentally contribute to the business success, through meetingrevenue and commercial targets, as well as individual KPI's and objectives.


What you will do

  • Utilise an indepth knowledge (gained through indepth and ongoing training) of both the market place and competitors to effectively present the businesses unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Represent the company at promotional events, conferences, industry functions and trade or industry body events across the UK and internationally.
  • Create weekly, monthly and annual technical business reports, including revenue v budget by product by client, pipeline, project conversion and utilisation/fill rates.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of current health and safety legislation and industry knowledge and horizon scan to determine if there are any potential new developments.

What you will bring

  • The Key Account Manager will bring proven experience in solution based commercial role within a multi service line organisation.
  • Proven Account and Sales Pipeline build/management success; and demonstrable experience of winning new business from new and existing accounts, increasing revenue and achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, including delivering commercial presentations. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Spider and SalesForce.
