    Carpenter

    Reactive Maintenance - Social Housing


    Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment - from executive to operative level.


    With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales.

    We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Carpenter based in Staines to Guildford.


    Day to Day for carpenter:
    Repairs and maintenance

    Benefits for carpenter:

    37 hour working week
    Overtime
    Call out
    34 days holiday

    The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a multi trader or maintenance operative or carpenter or joiner or plumber or plasterer or multi trade operative or multi skilled operative with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties.

    Must hold NVQ or City & Guilds qualification
