Retail Catering Manager - Manchester - World-class sports stadium - £35,000-40,000

Tonic are exclusively assisting our client in their search for a Retail Catering Manager who will assist the Head of Retail to plan, facilitate and implement an operation that delivers a premium experience on match days alongside ensuringservice quality and overall excellence is maintained.

The principal purpose of the Retail Catering Manager role requires the ability to work with other members of the retail team to ensure targets are met.

Great communication skills are a prerequisite. A self-starter with the ability to work independently aswell as integrate into the wider team.

Experience in a medium/large sports stadia/leisure venue with multiple retail catering and beverage outlets
