Having experienced
record sales, they're now seeking out experienced SaaS sales managers to join the highly successful company and drive the business even further in 2023.

The PropTech platform provides accommodation search, property management and data solutions to renters and landlords end-to-end.

To date, they've assisted over 750,000 renters find accommodation, with more than 6 million individuals searching the site andrepresenting some of the biggest names in real estate - agencies and private landlords alike.

Business Development Manager - The Package

£40,000 - £50,000 Basic Negotiable Depending on Experience

OTE of £60,000 - £65,000

The Role - Business Development Manager

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage prospects throughout the entire sales process, outreach to closing
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the wider sales team
  • Become a product expert to advise existing clients, and prospective clients on their software requirements and add value throughout the sales process
  • Identify your prospects pain points and run product demonstrations that will connect them to the values of our solution
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Work closely with the wider Customer Success team to ensure your accounts are getting value from the company's solution

Requirements of the role:

-
A minimum of 1 year experience completing the 360 sales cycle in a SaaS setting
essential:

  • PropTech or real estate experience desirable
  • Genuine passion for the SaaS industry, and the product
  • Excellent organisation and timemanagement ability, and thrive in an autonomous environment
  • Selfmotivated & hardworking, eager to exceed targets and push the business further
  • Be comfortable and confident communicating with senior stakeholders within businesses
  • Comfortably manage own workload, as well as the junior team
