  • Provide administrative support to the project manager and team to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Coordinate project setup and gather necessary documents for quality checks and releases.
  • Track project progress and collect project data.
  • Schedule meetings to coordinate project work.
  • Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project plans and schedules.
  • Support of KPI's through monitoring of dashboards and cloud-based tools.
  • Ensure high-quality work by following standards and best practices.
  • Support the Project Manager in assigning tasks o teams and assist with managing schedules, risks, and problem-solving.
  • Implement automation using cloud technologies (, AWS and Azure) for development and project management.
  • This is a hands-on role that will see you deeply embedded within the team. We will give you real work and you will be expected to have responsibility for your own deliverables, but always with the support of your team. In your first few months you will start out by shadowing and training with the project team, and once you are fully equipped with knowledge and understanding of the role, further responsibility will be passed over to you.

    Qualifications

    Essential Skills:

  • Studying an undergraduate degree with a placement year included as a part of your course.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Desired Skills:

  • Experience in coordinating a team / project support.
  • An interest in software development.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and similar project management tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    This position is open to undergraduates who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their degree course.
