Are you a talented veterinarian seeking a role that offers a perfect work-life balance? Look no further We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated small animal vet to join our well-established practice in a charming village just outside Cwmbran town. This is a temporary role covering maternity leave for approximately 12 months.

What To Expect

100% Small Animal: Your passion for small animal care will shine in this role, where you'll work exclusively with our furry friends.
Varied Shifts: Enjoy a mix of operating and consulting shifts tailored for your convenience.

Your Weekly Schedule

This is a part-time position working the below:
Tuesday: 9am-7pm, with morning operations and consults from 4pm-6pm.
Wednesday: 9am-7pm, featuring morning operations and consults from 4pm-6pm.
Thursday: 9am-5.30pm, with consults from 9am-11.30am and 2pm-4.30pm.
No weekends or OOH's required

Our Team is made up of 4 Vets, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant who are supported by our 4 dedicated Receptionists and a fantastic 1 Practice Manager

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced veterinarian to join us who has experience in first-opinion small animal practice, is RCVS registered and up-to-date with CPD requirements. You will be competent in operating and working solo when necessary.
