Job Description:


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and growing trading team working on an established luxury website.

The responsibility.


Work within the eCommerce Trading Team to drive sales, online merchandising, workflow management and improving the speed to market of new product.


  • Ensuring products have the required data and imagery to launch on time and working to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales on site.
  • Prioritise the workflow of new product setup with key internal and external contacts.
  • Report on eCommerce trade for specified category highlighting key information to the Trading Manager.
  • Maintain strong brand relationships ensuring strong understanding of seasonal priorities and launches.
  • Optimise site navigation, customer journey and product placement to drive online sales.
  • Maintain and update all documentation regarding product information and attributes.
  • Prioritise workflow in reaction to communications of upcoming trading and product promotions both internally and externally.
  • Support eCommerce Trading teams in delivering seasonal promotion and price amendments across the website, in line with company trading calendar.
  • Optimise site and customer journey during daily site walks and data analysis.
  • Analysis of best sellers and stock levels in reaction to trade performance and upcoming promotional activity to optimise online sales.
  • Produce insight information for both internal and external discussions.
  • Participate in projects or carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the company.
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the online trading team and be prepared to go the extra mile.
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall ecommerce strategy

Qualifications:


  • Ecommerce Trading experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and organise own workload
  • Advanced Excel skills preferable
