    We are currently looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, personable and organised Rum Bar Manager to join our team.

    Our Rum Bar & Rum Warehouse Bar are both unique environments and would suit candidates with previous similar hotel bar backgrounds.

    Titanic Hotel, Stanley Dock, Liverpool is all about the restoration of one of the citys most historic and iconic buildings.

    The hotel has 153 stylish and spacious bedrooms, unique event space West Bay, Stanleys Bar and Grill, Rum Bar, Maya Blue Wellness and adjoining the incredible Rum Warehouse.

    Main Responsibilities
    Manage the day-to-day operation of the busy Rum Bar & Rum Warehouse Bar.
    Ensure all team members deliver a pro-active seamless service to all guests at all times

    Ensure all reporting staff are checked daily to ensure uniforms & grooming standards are maintained to the highest standards of presentation.

    Have a strong presence in the bar, supporting the bar teams at all times, specifically during periods of high volume and to ensure that guests are receiving exemplary service
    Be a passionate, enthusiastic and fully experienced trainer, responsible for the full development of the Bars teams and delivery of their excellent service

    To maintain constant communication within the Team at all levels by holding daily briefing sessions and attending Hotel meetings when required.

    Skills, Experience & Knowledge
    Professional, enthusiastic and personable nature
    Motivational leader
    Knowledge & experience in cocktail training and preparation
    Previous experience working in a busy high volume bar setting at Assistant/Manager level is crucial
    Hotel experience is preferable for this role
    Able to produce and deliver staff training to hotel very high and consistent standards
    Must communicate effectively to all levels of staff including interdepartmentally
    Must be committed and passionate about their work and team
