As a Lead Design Engineer, you will manage a team of Designers in producing complex designs, quotations, budgets and work packs for new connections, increased demand or diversionary work within the Networks business. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, financial performance, safety compliance and team development.

To be eligible for this role, you need to have a minimum HNC or equivalent qualification, as well as a high level of technical knowledge, customer focus, commercial awareness and team working skills.

This is a permanent position based in our Maidstone office, with the option of blended working after imbedding period.
