RoleThis role is best suited to an experienced technical coordinator who will:
Deal with enquiriesReport progress to clientsOversee the technical aspects of the site whilst managing a team of consultants to make sure they deliver satisfactory drawings and engineering packages on siteWork closely with the build team to make sure the development is completed on timeCandidateCandidates applying to this role must:Have experience working as a technical coordinator for a housebuilderIdeally come from an engineering backgroundHave excellent communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with internal staff and external bodiesBe able to solve technical issues efficiently and effectivelyHave good time management and the ability to adhere to deadlinesJob OfferThe successful candidate will receive:Competitive salary up to £45k basic (based on experience)Generous benefits package on offerCar allowancePrivate Pension and Healthcare
