    The RoleThe Luminaire is seeking a hard-working, diligent, and proactive intern project-manager who will report to our CEO and assist in the project management of a wide variety of tasks required of a business in high growth mode.

    This will be a 3-month paid internship, with the potential to extend by mutual agreement.

    The candidate will benefit from learning best practice from a seasoned team and for the right person, could develop into a permanent role.

    · Interest in travel and hospitality Beneficial but not essentialExperience in writing and sub-editing Basic Adobe skills, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign Previous experience of CRM systems such as Salesforce The RoleSupport on CRM (Client Relationship Management software) data management, enriching contact profiles and cleansing recordsArrangements for pre-departure guest-facing materials and gifting, including stock management, supplier liaison, order placement and shipping.

    Sales support and assistanceSupport the sales team in the design and production of polished collateral for confirmed bookings. E.g. guest itineraries, proposals, or booking materials, and for travel trade campaigns and events.

    Product research and draftingBasic finance management – Processing invoices, liaison with Bank and credit card providersDigital filing, organizationSupplier liaison and purchasing to support marketing initiatives Compiling reports and performance summaries on campaigns and initiativesTravel product publishing, including research and image sourcingAs required, provide support to the Marketing team on PR, campaigns, or eventsOther general administrative duties.
