Description
We are currently recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator to join a local food manufacturer in Scarborough. The purpose of the role it to support the HR team with day-to-day duties, mainly administration tasks. It is essential you maintain confidentiality at all times as you will deal with some sensitive information.Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the HR department
- Managing HRrelated correspondence and documentation
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives
- Posting job openings on various platforms
- Conducting new employee orientations and facilitating the onboarding process
- Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, job titles
The working hours will be Monday -Friday 8.00 am -4.00 pm or 9.00 am -5.00 pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£12.00-£12.50 per hour
