The role:
Full time, 37.5 hours, 5 days over 6, Monday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm

We are looking for a driver to be responsible for the collection and delivery of goods to private houses as well as commercial Premises.

You will be required to assess the donated goods for quality and assist in the donation centre when not required to drive.

This role will involve an extensive amount of manual handling.

A full and current driving licence
Manual handling experience
A passion for charity retailing
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of the legislation regarding furniture and household goods (not essential)
Knowledge of the local area
Commitment to the ethos and values of The Salvation Army Trading Company
