Admin Assistant

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a number of Admin Assistants to work for our well-established distribution client based in Bicester.


Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday between 8am and 4pm
£13.60 per hour

Your responsibilities as an Admin Assistant will be:

  • Maintain, update spreadsheets for all PPE Loan equipment movement in line with new requirements and service schedules.
  • Keep track of sixmonthly inspection and aid with paperwork and system updates, run reports for Audits and cleansing the database.
  • Daily updates of work completed and record keeping on individual items with the ATG area.
  • Manage data on collated Task Register, update senior manager on work trends Engage in Continuous Improvement processes and contribute towards initiatives and projects
  • Any other administrative duties commensurate of the grade
  • Achieve individual performance standards including accuracy to comply with Quality Systems, legal requirement, and Audit process.
  • Liaison with internal customers and external agencies, to attend meetings, when necessary
  • Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all Accidents/Incidents within the workplace

As an Admin Assistant you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong Administrative Skills
  • Drive, determination in the delivery of Continuous Improvement.


  • Strong PC skills

  • Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Desirable Understanding of Warehouse requirements
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy and high attention to detail
