Administrator

Working with a well-established organisation that provides excellent services that support people, and has been running for 25+ years, you will join an existing friendly team providing admin support to help make sure that they deliver their services to the highest standards.


You will be working across multiple teams dealing with the administration and information gathering to provide advice, training and events to prospective customers.


Salary & Benefits
£20,000 - £22,000

Hours: 9:00 - 5:00; Monday - Friday, (37.5 hours per week). Optional hybrid working from home 1 day per week.

Holidays: 25 days, plus birthday and bank holidays


Skills & Experience

  • Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with working independently and taking initiative.
  • Capable of keeping pace within a busy office environment and completing tasks to deadlines.
  • Organised and methodical approach to work, maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
  • Knowledge and experience of data and information gathering and logging from clients.
  • Confident with IT skills (especially in Microsoft Excel), mail merge along with data and information gathering to use on IT systems.
  • Effective and clear communicator, both verbally and through written work.
  • Able to effectively manage time and work to deadlines.
  • Friendly and able to build positive relationships with team members.

Responsibilities
Working across multiple teams to provide support, you will be joining a company that provides training courses to applicants

  • Provide end to end client journey administration support, including responding to initial enquiries, booking participants on to training courses, supplying all training joining instructions, undertaking follow up post support administration.
  • Data inputting into the CRM system (customer relationship management) and supporting event information distribution through eshots and mail merge communications.
  • Support the post course administration process by updating the CRM with course attendance confirmation, sending out evaluation links to attendees, and updating the CRM with completed evaluations.
  • To support administrative activity on the client journey, ensuring all information is up to date, from registration to training or event attendance.
  • Use information and CRM systems to log client's data, draw reports and statistics for both internal and external use.
  • Ensure data protection and client confidentiality systems are followed.
