- Provide clinical leadership and management to the clinical team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and conscientious individual to join our Children's Bladder & Bowel Team as a Team Leader. We are looking for a highly motivated and resilient candidate, to manage our Childrens Bladder and Bowel Team, based across Liverpool.
The Childrens Community Bladder and Bowel Service aim to provide care for patients aged with Bladder and or Bowel dysfunction & delayed toileting.
The post holder will have responsibility for the delivery of the clinical service in the defined area. The primary function of the role is to provide leadership, management, and communication to and for the team, ensuring the delivery of efficient, effective, co-ordinated and responsive high quality care to patients. The post holder will also ensure the delivery of the trust strategy within the designated area incorporating establishment of systems and processes.
Main duties of the job
