This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative Vice Principal to join the Strategic Leadership Team here and contribute to William Hulme's Grammar School becoming a beacon of excellence. The Vice Principal of the Secondary Phase will share our commitment to providing the very best educational opportunities in all aspects of school life for our students.

We are looking for a Vice Principal who will be excited about the opportunities for our school in the next stage of its development, who can contribute both strategically and operationally and who will be keen to make a difference.

Have a strong understanding of assessment and experience of tracking and monitoring of standards across all phases

Are principled, resilient and will lead by example

Have and maintain excellent staff relations, recognising, utilising and developing the skills of all staff

Have a proven track record of being a firm and fair line manager with the ability to hold others to account

Are committed to working in partnership with all those involved in the life of the school
