- Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Be responsible for the configuration, support, improvement of the Salesforce platform, this includes assisting the integration of Salesforce with other systems and third party applications
- Identify risk, mitigate actions and escalate when appropriate
- Develop and execute comprehensive data migration plans
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure successful project delivery
- Assist the training of staff on use of database and best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize data migration workflows
- Proven experience managing either data migration projects or Salesforce projects
- Understanding of the risks and challenges associated with project delivery
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of building relationships with internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data migration concepts, methodologies, tools
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines
