- Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues
- Conduct research and studies on site
- Manage field activities and implement engineering designs

- 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or IT field engineering role is required.
- Ability to manage schedule on multiple projects.
- Vehicle and License.
- Advance knowledge of Windows OS (Mac, Linux is a bonus).
- Organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to customers as required.
