    HR & Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator - 6months+

    Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the business in its hiring process and following the Company's inclusive hiring practices. Responsible for the coordination of the end-to-end recruitment process.

    Key Tasks:

    • of job adverts, liaising with Asta and Davies marketing, job boards and recruitment agencies to post adverts.
    • and inputting data of all candidates coming through the hiring process,removing bias where possible, and if applicable, co-ordinating online ability tests. Keeping track of agency and direct applications and ensuring the in-house tracker is kept up to date.
    • interview schedules and logistics including booking the meeting rooms, order refreshments, sending diary invites. Sending interview confirmation emails to candidates and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring managers.
    • where required with the selection process and ensuring interview feedback is provided to candidates within a timely manner.
    • the career inbox and responding to applicants and queries.
    • with the onboarding process for new starters by preparing contracts and issuing welcome documents.
    • the wider team with HR admin support as required.

    Personal Skills:

    • communication skills - friendly and approachable with the ability to deal with colleagues and candidates at all levels in a professional and diplomatic manner
    • organisational, multitasking and prioritising skills.
    • A sense of perspective and commercial awareness
    • and willing to learn with a good level of numeracy and attention to detail.
    • ability to work efficiently in a team as well as autonomously.

    Key technical skills:

    • educational background.
    • using professional social networks (LinkedIn in particular) would be advantageous but not essential.
    • user of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel).
    • recruitment or HR coordination is desirable but not essential.
