This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading digital healthcare provider who have grown substantially over the past few years.

As a result they are seeking a Onboarding Administrator to be responsible for the recruitment and maintenance of the medicalprofessionals.

This is a hybrid role working from the office initially for training purposes and then at least once a month and on business need.

There are excellent opportunities for progression and full training will be provided.

£19,000 - £21,000 per annum DOE.

Duties:

Recruitment and onboarding of experts as and when required to join existing panel
Maintain supplier inbox
Maintain indemnity contract and support in liaison with provider
Support Finance Analyst on expert invoicing
Administration of new supplier compliance checks
Develop and implement Continuous Professional Development and revalidation processes for the panel
Develop the supporting medical panel IT functions in line with business development plans
To ensure the expert database is maintained
Participate in regular meetings and provide updates
To assist in monitoring SLA compliance
Administration of new and existing suppliers compliance checks
To support in the management of panel relationship and act as main contact for day to day queries
Address any performance issues directly with the supplier and put solutions in place to resolve
Ensure medical panel suppliers maintain a smooth service delivery

Skills and experience:
