- Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values
Education:
Essential criteria:
- NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent/New Diploma Level 3 or equivalent
- Evidence of literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE C or equivalent
- Committed to own personal development and evidence of regular attendance at training days
- Phlebotomy training copetency
Experience:
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience of working with patients in a hospital environment
- Previous experience of team work
Desirable criteria:
- Previous experience of customer care
Skills:
Essential criteria:
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Basic computer /key board skills
- Previous clinic experience specific to GOPD clinics / colposcopy
Desirable criteria:
- Competent in performing cannulation and phlebotomy
- Ability to communicate and present written information clearly
- Ability to understand and undertake monitoring of patients' vital signs
