Our client, a successful Estate agency is currently seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving Norwich branch.

This is a role that requires someone who already has a background in Estate Agency Negotiation and can hit the ground running.

You will be required to work hard, be driven, motivated with a real passion to succeed.

You must be highly organised, computer literate, and able to manage your own time effectively to be successful in this role.

Working days:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis.

In return, our client is offering the successful Senior Lettings Negotiator:

Basic salary of up to £17,000 DOE
OTE of up to £30,000 (uncapped)
Guarantee whilst building your pipeline

Full training and support provided

Our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator who has the following:

Is target-orientated and career-driven
A team player but with an individual flair
Property background is beneficial but not essential
Are wellpresented and an excellent communicator
Has a strong work ethic
Has a competitive desire to succeed
Own Car (required)

Key responsibilities of a Senior Lettings Negotiator will include:

Arrange valuations and negotiate prices with Landlords to achieve a larger property portfolio
Identifying and maximising business opportunities, canvass for valuation leads
Viewings and negotiating offers
Maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire a future business with them
General admin
Preparing Inventory Reports
