Description

This is an exciting role for a sole Finance Manager to join a thriving SME with a turnover of c£5mil.

With the support of external accountants you will bring the daily accounting function in house.

My client is an growing publishing company going through an exciting period of change. Their office is based in the City of London though this is a hybrid working role.

Description
As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Producing timely, accurate and relevant monthly management accounts
Processing day to day financial transactions including the Purchase and Sales Ledger
Credit control and regularly reviewing aged debtors and aged creditors
Reconciling bank and other control accounts
Managing administration of monthly payroll run
Leading the budgeting and forecasting on an annual and quarterly basis
Producing insightful analysis and commentary on significant areas and variances from budgets
Preparing statutory accounts
Producing adhoc reports and recommendations as appropriate
