    Looking to build your admin experience in a fast-paced corporate environment? A leading insurance firm based in the city are looking for a proactive and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

    As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of a team of 3, providing essential support on various tasks related to a new project.

    Some day-to-day duties will include:

    • Matching cash on ledger
    • Issuing accounts
    • Chasing payments
    • Assisting with financial administration tasks

    Ideal Candidate will be:

    • Numerate and detail-orientated
    • Proven administrative experience
    • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
    • Strong academic background
    • Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow in the finance field
    • Previous financial administration experience is a definite plus
